Warm regards to you all, dear readers. The summer has come and probably most of you are planning your holidays. If you have no idea what to read under the beach umbrella or in the mountain hut, the CCSDD has a suggestion! The latest issue of the Italian journal Istituzioni del Federalismo has just been published where you can find the papers presented at the conference Centralism or Secession? Decentralised States in the face of the economic crisis, co-organised by the CCSDD on 12th May 2014.
